Yoga / Meditation
We got out the yoga mats and tried out some yoga moves and stretches. Then we tried some meditation which was so relaxing.
Fun in the Sun
I had a fun morning at the Mount Beach playing Volleyball with my friends, a lot of laughs shared, so nice to be able to get out into the fresh air.
