 I went along to try out Laughing Yoga at Welcome Bay Community Centre and then enjoy a walk in the fresh air. 

 I came in with Denise to give people some professional massages. We brought in a proper massage table and made sure everyone had a relaxing morning.

 I like exploring different walk ways each Friday with my friends from our I Walk group. This week we walked through a different track of the Waikareao Estuary. 

 I had a lovely day celebrating my birthday with all of my friends. I showed everyone my presents and had a yummy chocolate cake. 

 Today is my birthday and I got a card and a muffin and everyone sang happy birthday to me! It was also an all day Disco here at wilrose so I spent the entire day dancing and singing with my mates. What a fab day!

 I had a cool day with my friends. I got some brochers of places to go and check out from the info centre. At the New Tauranga library the people were nice and showed us around and showed us where to find the archives.

I had an awesome day dancing with my friends at our Wilrose Disco Day. We enjoyed a yummy hot lunch of pumpkin soup and fried bread.
